User Centred Government
The UK's Government Digital Service was established in response to Martha Lane Fox's report, 'Directgov 2010 and beyond: revolution not evolution'. Our core purpose is to ensure the Government offers world-class digital products that meet people's needs. The result is a team of people focused on rapid delivery of user-focused digital services - one of the most visible being GOV.UK. Leisa will share insight into how the team at GDS work to maintain user focus and work at pace to deliver great digital services in government, and particularly the role that user research has played in this process and how this has evolved.
