Many content people read the books, attend the lectures, write the strategy - and then get stuck when it comes to actually making this a reality.

My talk is based on my recent work with Cancer Research UK, RNLI, and Lloyds Bank, and it’s about how to overcome the main blockers that cause the stuckness: lack of senior buy-in, a difficulty in knowing how to interrupt the status quo, and how to show that what you’re doing is really working.
