Code of Conduct
tl;dr: Be nice. Be kind. Be ok.
The Content Strategy Forum is an international community of professionals with no formal overhead organisation. This means, whether online or at conferences, everyone is here because she or he has chosen to be. We are connected by our shared interests, values and the respect for each other. Our community is diverse and inclusive, and we want our conferences to be enriching and safe for everyone who attends. Therefore we ask you as attendee, speaker, sponsor and volunteer to treat every person respectfully, regardless of origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size or belief. When discussing or giving feedback, please be considerate and do not argue ad hominem.
We do not accept harrassing behavior, such as offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of talks or other events, unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact or presentation of sexualised content. As organiser we are responsible for the safety of our participants. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, we ask you to report it to the conference staff, who will assist you, so you feel safe and the issue at hand is resolved.
We reserve the right to take any actions we deem necessary to enforce this code of conduct, including verbal warnings or removing participants from the conference without refund.
